Our Story
The corsierre™ is the brainchild of Anna Aquino (head
mom, designer and bonified nursingwear expert), owner of Blissfulbabes
Nursingwear (an award
winning, breastfeeding friendly business since 1999).
It was a gorgeous Vancouver day when she had an epiphany. She wanted to
come up with a hybrid, all in one upgrade of the nursing top as we know
it! It would have a combination of distinct features that new mothers
are clamoring for. Something decidedly detailed yet brilliantly basic.
Her market research confirmed that there was nothing out there that looked
like, fitted like and best of all worked like what would eventually become
the corsierre. And so, the word "corsierre" was coined, trademarked
and the journey of bringing her vision to life began.
